All of AFG's products are officially licensed with each branch of the military. They are proud to support the military through royalties the military receives from AFG sales.

Now, AFG is taking that support one step further to build an affiliate program that drives income for military spouses and veterans.

Now for the fun part...

AFG wants to hear your vision and pitch for their Affiliate Program.

This is like those fun business marketing projects you may have done through your education except way more exciting!

A successful presentation will address 2 components:

1. Project execution to include:

  • Timeline
  • Affiliate qualification requirements 
  • Compensation structure


2. Creativity and Vision in achieving program goals which include:

  • The program must eventually increase revenue for AFG 
  • The program must support brand awareness and brand growth of AFG within the military community
  • The program must immediately drive income for military spouses and veterans
  • A portion of the income opportunity should have a kanban style approach to income earning for affiliates. The goal is to make it so that affiliates can grab a predesignated task that supports brand marketing/sales and complete it on their time
  • The program should not be based on an MLM structure

Additional notes you may find helpful:

AFG will have access to the VirtForce candidate community (60k active duty spouses and veterans) from which to recruit affiliates. AFG is interested in recruiting "influencers" with large blogs, podcasts, and other social audiences.

Presentation requirements:
  • Presentation should be no shorter than 7 minutes and no longer than 15 minutes
  • Presentation can be on any platform (PowerPoint, Video, etc)
  • Candidate will have 5 business days from the time of receiving this project to deliver the presentation
  • Completed presentations should be delivered to hire@virtforce.us for a preliminary review before the second interview can be booked. 
  • Presentation will be presented by the candidate to the owners of AFG at the time of the second interview
